About the Role

As a Sales Support Representative at SD IT Services, you will help client sales teams keep leads moving. You will support lead follow-up, appointment setting, CRM hygiene, pipeline coordination, reporting, and day-to-day communication with prospects and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Follow up with inbound and outbound leads through phone, email, and CRM tasks
  • Qualify prospects using client-defined criteria and scripts
  • Book appointments and coordinate next steps for client sales teams
  • Update CRM records, pipeline stages, notes, and activity history
  • Support quote handling, reporting, and sales administration workflows
  • Maintain professional communication and consistent follow-up standards

Requirements

  • Strong English communication skills, written and spoken
  • Confident speaking with prospects and customers by phone or email
  • Previous sales, SDR, call center, or customer-facing experience preferred
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Organized, target-aware, and consistent with follow-up tasks
  • Positive attitude and ability to work with structured scripts and processes
