Our Story
Founded to solve a problem every growing company hits.
SD IT Services was founded in 2022 by Shaqir Maliqi, after years of watching fast-growing tech companies struggle with the same bottleneck: customer and technical support that couldn't scale without destroying margins or quality.
Kosovo was the answer nobody was talking about. A highly educated, predominantly English-speaking workforce in the heart of Europe — with a service culture and cost structure that Western European alternatives simply couldn't match.
We built a real company, not a freelancer marketplace. On-site management, structured training programs, dedicated account oversight, and a QA process that runs every week. The same infrastructure a Fortune 500 would build internally — available to companies at Series A.
Today we support clients across SaaS, restaurant tech, logistics, and e-commerce. Each partnership starts with a focused team and scales through process, QA, and reporting.
