Digital Marketing Specialist

As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll own the day-to-day of SD IT Services' online presence. You'll turn our services into clear, engaging content, run paid and organic campaigns, and use data to decide what works and what to improve.

A typical day mixes creative and analytical work: planning and publishing social posts, adjusting ad budgets and targeting, updating website content, writing newsletters and reviewing campaign performance. AI tools are a core part of how we work: you'll use them for research, copywriting, visuals, video, SEO and reporting, so you can produce more and better work in less time. You'll work closely with our sales and technical teams to understand our services and the clients we serve.

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, email and display
• Create and schedule content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other relevant channels, using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Canva AI) to speed up writing, design and video
• Set up, manage and optimise paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) within budget, including AI-driven campaign types and automated bidding
• Improve website content and SEO to grow organic traffic and leads, using AI tools for keyword research and content optimisation
• Write and send email newsletters and campaigns, using AI to personalise and test messaging
• Track KPIs with Google Analytics and platform tools, using AI to analyse data and report results with clear recommendations
• Build and improve AI-assisted marketing workflows and automations to save time across the team
• Work with sales and technical teams to turn our services into clear marketing messages
• Keep up with digital marketing and AI trends and test new channels, tools and formats

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
• Proven experience running paid campaigns on Google Ads and/or Meta Ads
• Solid understanding of SEO, social media marketing and email marketing
• Practical, everyday experience using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for content creation, research and analysis
• Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and reporting on campaign performance
• Strong copywriting skills in Albanian and English, with the judgement to review and refine AI-generated content
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage several campaigns at once
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field, or equivalent experience

• Experience marketing IT or B2B services
• Experience with AI image and video tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, HeyGen or similar)
• Experience with automation and AI workflow tools (Zapier, Make, n8n or similar)
• Prompt-writing skills and familiarity with AI features in HubSpot, Canva or Google Ads
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut or similar)
• Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms
• Experience with email tools such as Mailchimp or Brevo
• Google Ads or Google Analytics certification
• Knowledge of Serbian or German
